Cancellation & Refund Principles

1. Digital Courses & Software
- No Refunds: Once course access is granted or software keys are delivered, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.
2. New & Refurbished Physical Products
- All Sales are Final: We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- Strict Replacement Only: If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Verification: To claim a replacement, an unboxing video is highly recommended for physical hardware.
- Process: We will pick up the defective item and ship a replacement within 3-7 business days at no extra cost to you.
3. Refund Exception
- If a replacement for a defective item is not available in stock, a full refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.
4. Order Cancellation
- Physical orders can be cancelled before they are handed over to the courier. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
